Geraldine Lewis

Senior HR Business Partner

Geraldine Lewis joined in August 2024 as Senior HR Business Partner and Talbot Executive Committee Member.

During her career, Geri has held a variety of people management roles at the BBC, Sky and most recently at the Laboratory of the Government Chemist (LGC) as HR Business Partner. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive experience supporting high-performing leadership teams as well as strategic people planning and operational HR delivery.

She holds a BA in Modern Languages from Oxford University and a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Leadership & Management from Bath University.

Geri is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
